Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes, we offer 30-day free return shipment. Only fill out the return note you received with your parcel and place the prepaid label onto the parcel. In need of a new return note please follow this link.

How do I return my item?

We always offer 30 days of free return.

  1. Fill out the return note that is placed in your order and place it inside the package with the items that you would like to return. If you need a new return note, please follow this link.
  2. Place the prepaid return label onto the parcel. If you have not received your return label please contact customerservice@moves.dk.
  3. Return the parcel to your local post office and they will send it back to us.

Please note it may take 4-5 weeks before we have processed your return and the money is back in your account. We will do our best to get this process done as quickly as possible.

When will I get my money back?

Once the return is registered at our warehouse we will send you an email confirming the return. After that it takes 5 bank days before the money is back in your account depending on the payment method.

What if I want a different size?

We are not able to offer an exchange. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that did not fit.

If you re-order the same style in a different colour or size, we can make sure that you get to keep any discount used on your original order. Please write an email to customerservice@moves.dk.

The returned item will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that the quality of your purchase isn't as it should be. We will happily help you with your complaint, please send an email to customerservice@moves.dk.

We need to know the following to assess your complaint:

  1. Make a short description of how the damage occured.
  2. Send a picture of the damage from all angles and a picture of the full product. The damage must be fully visible.
  3. Once we have received your inquiry, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
  4. Once we have taken care of your complaint, we encourage you to return the product to us as soon as possible. Do not continue using the product.

We would like to point out that the right of complaint covers production defects. It does not include wear and tear or defects as a result of incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a reasonable time - no later than 2 months after you have discovered the damage.

If your item is purchased in a physical store, they are responsible for helping with a solution and providing compensation for the defective item.
