2. placing an orderto make a purchase on www.movesshop.com, you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. if you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian.
if you are under the age of 18 and you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, minimum a/s disclaims all responsibility, as it is stated above that the purchaser must be 18 years of age or have a parent’s or a legal guardian’s consent to make a purchase on www.movesshop.com.
when you place an order at www.movesshop.com, you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number.
minimum a/s stores your information in accordance with our personal data policy.
immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation. when we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and minimum a/s. for your information, the order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final before you have received an invoice from us. please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.
3. prices & paymentwhen shopping at www.movesshop.com you will get information about the price in total including delivery costs before you reach the final confirmation.
all prices indicated on www.movesshop.com are inclusive danish vat, which is currently 25 %.
we reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices.
we receive the following payment cards: dankort, e-dankort, visa, visa electron, mastercard and maestro. you can also pay with paypal.
if we suspect a fraud payment then we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for personal picture id together with the last four digits on the creditcard used for the payment.
all your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. we use psp payment as our certified partner.
your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.
4. deliverywe use gls as courier to ship your parcel.
in some countries you only have 1 of the following delivery options:
- 4.1. delivery to your work place.
- 4.2. pick up at a parcel shop near you.
- 4.3. delivery to a private address. please note that if you permit it to be placed somewhere, minimum a/s disclaims all responsibility in regards to a possible loss or damage. if you did not fill out the note on where to leave it and you are not home at the time of arrival, it will be left in a parcel shop or a depot near you.

if you order before 12 midday, we will ship your order the same day.
on your invoice, there is a track and trace number that you can use to track your package with. you can view the status of your package on www.gls-group.eu.
we only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.
5. returnsto return an item, you must inform us within 14 days after you have received your product. to notify us about a return, contact us by mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. the money will be refunded to the card used when ordering. unfortunately, we can not exchange to a different size or style.
refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal.
we must receive your product no later than 14 days after you have contacted us, requesting a withdrawal. if the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a saturday or a sunday, the new date will be the following working day.
we offer free returns to the following countries only: austria, belgium, denmark, finland, france, germany, italy, spain, sweden, the netherlands, united kingdom. please contact us at email@example.com to get a free return label. we use www.returnyourparcel.eu on all returns. this means that you get a return label from us and after that you go to your local post office.
the customer must pay for returning the order in the following countries: bulgaria, croatia, cyprus, czech republic, estonia, greece, hungary, ireland, latvia, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, poland, portugal, romania, slovakia. the order must be returned at your local post office.
when you send your package back to us, you must fill out and include the return note that came with your package. if you need a new return note, you can print one by using this link.

unfortunately, it is not possible to neither return nor exchange your product in our physical stores.
return in denmark:please note that once you have returned your parcel at a gls parcel shop, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.
return in other european countries:please note than it can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order.
when you return a parcel to us in a european country other than denmark, your parcel has some extra stops at an external warehouse before we receive it:
step 1: up to one week of transit from when you hand in your parcel at a post office until it arrives at an external warehouse
step 2: up to two weeks of transit from when your parcel leaves the external warehouse until it arrives at moves' warehouse.
step 3: we will refund your return no later than one week after we have received your parcel at our own warehouse in denmark.
please note that you are liable for any decrease in value, if you have tested or used the product in other ways than those usually allowed in-store. when we receive the product, we will assess the condition and refund you the amount we find correspondingtothe item’s condition.
6. your rights as a customeraccording to danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.
if you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months.
if your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim.
if we assess the claim to be justified, we will refund any costs you may have had in regards to sending back the product to us.
in the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your own account.
we recommend you to send the product safely and to get a receipt. the responsibility for the package lies with you, until we have received it.
it is therefore advisable to save a receipt with the shipping charges and a track and trace number, if possible.
7. disclaimer of liabilityminimum a/s does not make any warranties in regards to the accuracy of the information on the website and neither has no liability if products are sold out. that said, we do, naturally, attempt to make the content and material on the website correct,upto date and in compliance with respective laws. if you find any information to be irregular, you are always welcome to contact us.
we can furthermore change the content on the website at any time and we are not entitled to give you preceding notice of this. we therefore suggest you to revise our terms and conditions when you use our site.
minimum a/s is neither liable for any loss nor damage from use of the website.
all the elements on the website are protected by copyright and are property of minimum a/s. the information can, therefore, only be used with permission from minimum a/s.
8. copyright and link to third party websites
if we link to a third party website, minimum a/s cannot make any guarantees nor be held liable for the content posted on the third party website.
we merely provide the links for your utility, but if you choose to visit a third party website, it is at your own risk.
9. personal data policywe treat your personal data confidentially. please read our privacy data policy that explains how we use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering proce-dure, and your use of the website in general.
9.1 the object of our personal data policy is to explain how we collect, protect, use and store your personal information.
9.1.1 what information does minimum collect about you?
we collect your first name and surname, postal code and city, address, e-mail, phone number and your order history.
we only use your personal information to grant you access to the products provided on www.minimum.dk and to execute any orders you may place with us.
as we are required to meet the accounting legislation, we store your billing information for a period of five years from your latest order.
if you subscribe to receive our newsletter, you accept our personal data policy. remember that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
9.1.2 how does minimum protect your information?we respect your privacy and we take it very seriously, which is why we make various efforts to ensure your information, one of which is to store it on secure networks.
we are further not able to see your payment card information, as all data are encrypted and the transactions are conducted through certified partners.

to deliver your package, we provide our courier with the necessary details, hereunder your first name, surname, postal code, city, address, e-mail address and your phone number.
9.1.4 what does minimum use your e-mail and phone number for?we use your e-mail to send you a confirmation of your order and if you have signed up to receive our newsletter, you will also receive this on the e-mail address you have provided us with.
if you have chosen to pick up your package at one of gls’ parcel shops, gls will send you an e-mail and a text message when your package has arrived.
9.2 accountif you want to make a purchase on www.movesshop.com, you can create an account, but you are not obliged to do so, to make an order.
if you want to register and create an account, your username is your e-mail address. your password is one chosen freely by you. we have no knowledge of your personal password.
if you forget your password and request a new one, you will receive an automatically generated password on the e-mail address you have registered. you are, hereafter, able to change the password to one of your own preference.
should you become aware of any unauthorised use of your minimum a/s account, please inform us immediately after you notice any unapproved use.
upon your request, you can also get the information we have about you and if you have any questions or comments to our personal data policy, please feel free to send us an e-mail.
and remember, you are always free to change or delete your account details, as well as you can always write an e-mail to us and we will help you.
