You can write to us in both Danish and English, whatever you prefer. We aim to get back to you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 24 hours on weekdays.

Opening hours for Christmas 2021

Customer Service is closed from the 23th of Dec until the 28th of Dec. And from the 30th of Dec until the 2nd of Jan.

Extended returns for Christmas 2021

We’ve extended our returns period over the holiday season. We offer free returns on all orders until the 25th of January 2022. Please note that the funds will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, bank account) that the payer initially used to make the payment.

Should you wish to return or make a claim on a product bought in one of our retail stores you need to contact the store where you bought the item directly.
